facilitated customers to
transact their accounts from

branches through CBS
platform. Customer can
deposit or withdraw cash,
deposit Cheques to any of
JKSBL branch.

ATM
- SWITCH |

JKSBL
has implemented ATM switch
in the year 2008 and added 3
more ATMs totaling to 10
ATM’s. These ATMs are
connected to Central ATM
Switch.
JKSBL
customers of branches
located in Mumbai, Thane,
New Mumbai & Panvel are able
to withdraw through any of
the ATMs of the Bank.
JKSBL
has overcome the
geographical barriers by
entering into ATM Sharing
Arrangement with
BANCS ATM network. The
BANCS network consists of
Bank of India, IDBI Bank,
Axis Bank etc. Now our ATM
card holder can withdraw
money with the 'JKSBL
GOLD ATM Card' from more
than 6500+ ATMs across
all over India.
Further the
JKSBL
has initiated process of
tie-up with NFS (National
Financial Switch),
having 55,000+ ATM centers
spread across India in their
network.

CALL CENTER |

has plans setting up a Call
Centre. The said facility
will be made available to
all customers very soon.
Customers can forward their
queries, suggestions,
complaints etc. to the Bank
management using
Toll-Free number. Such
facility will help our
customers to interact freely
with the Bank management.

CCTV |

has installed Closed-Circuit
Televisions (CCTV) in all
Branches and ATM centers.
This facility has equipped
Bank to have close watch
on people visiting Bank
premises and detain the
offenders if any. Further

CHEQUE DEPOSIT MACHINE |

Cheque Deposit Machines (CDM)-
JKSBL
has installed three CDM each
at Sahar, Dadar & Sion
branches. The said facility
will be made available to
all customers 24x7 soon.
Customers can deposit their
Cheques at any of these
machines. The machine will
print the acknowledgement
slip with photocopy of the
Cheque. The said machine is
compatible & upgradable to
forthcoming technology of
Cheque Truncation.
